Pure Greek olive products come from the regions of Evia
and Peloponnese.

The superior quality of the olives is the effect of combining the sun, the right soils and gentle microclimates. It is also a product of the
skill, agricultural know-how and diligence of the men and women
taking care of the olive trees and their environment.

Our olives are harvested from the trees by hand, one by one,
and they are handled with outmost care before they are placed
immediately in big vats, where they mature naturally in a brine
of spring water and sea salt.

Our Organic Olive products were tested in the International DLG Quality test for Organic Products; our Green olives in brine were awarded with Gold and our Kalamata olives with Silver.
